Raya Information Technology, a subsidiary of Raya Holding for Financial Investments, has reported strong financial results for the first nine months of 2025, with revenues rising 65.1% year-on-year, alongside significant profit growth. The announcement coincided with strategic partnerships and plans to expand its artificial intelligence (AI) capabilities.
During a press conference held on the sidelines of Cairo ICT 2025, Eng. With an expanded presence across three dedicated halls for Raya and its subsidiaries, the company is reshaping digital ecosystems through flexible and integrated enterprise solutions and sustainable innovation.
Abdel Rasoul emphasized that the company’s financial performance reflects a significant step-change in efficiency and profitability, noting that gross profit rose 89.3%, EBITDA surged 106.4%, and net profit jumped 139.2%. He explained that this growth demonstrates Raya’s ability to maintain operational resilience amid market volatility, supply-chain constraints, and currency fluctuations.

Abdel Rasoul explained that these collaborations will accelerate Raya’s growth and expand its service portfolio across critical sectors such as financial services, telecommunications, energy, and government, while bridging global technologies with local and regional enterprise needs.
Cisco Africa Partner of the Year 2025
Raya’s Cairo ICT participation follows its recognition as Cisco’s Africa Partner of the Year, underscoring the company’s leadership across the continent. Abdel Rasoul highlighted that the award reflects Raya’s ability to execute complex projects, transform technology into business value, and deploy integrated digital ecosystems, including cybersecurity, unified communications, and AI-ready data centers.
AI Business Unit and Regional Expansion Plans
Abdel Rasoul emphasized the strategic role of AI in Raya’s digital transformation agenda. The company has launched a dedicated AI business unit, developing intelligent platforms, scalable models, and practical solutions for sectors such as banking, telecommunications, healthcare, and government. Future offerings will include virtual assistants, advanced analytics, automated contact-center solutions, and scalable software models, supported by strategic alliances.
