Bosta Launches Middle East’s Largest Sorting Machine

Bosta, Egypt’s leading logistics and delivery solutions provider, has officially launched the largest automated sorting machine in the Middle East. The launch event was attended by H.E. Dr. Rania Al-Mashat, Minister of Planning, alongside key partners, economic leaders, entrepreneurs, and media representatives
This milestone aims to boost delivery efficiency, accelerate parcel processing, and support the rapid growth of Egypt’s e-commerce sector, marking a significant leap in the country’s logistics infrastructure
Key Highlights of the Launch
The automated sorting machine can process 11,000 parcels per hour and more than 250,000 parcels daily across over 50 operational hubs nationwide
The investment in the machine alone reached USD 5 million (approx. EGP 240 million), while Bosta’s total investments currently stand at USD 27 million (over EGP 1.2 billion)
This investment reflects Bosta’s commitment to developing smart logistics infrastructure that accommodates the growing demands of the e-commerce market and enhances operational accuracy
