Bosta and RiseUp Partner to Accelerate Startup Growth in the Region

The announcement came during RiseUp Summit 2026, the Middle East and Africa’s largest annual entrepreneurship event, held at the Grand Egyptian Museum from February 5 to 7, 2026, under the theme “The Turning Point.” The summit serves as a key hub for founders, investors, and industry leaders to exchange knowledge, explore investment trends, and address the challenges of building scalable companies in emerging markets
The partnership reflects a shared vision between Bosta and RiseUp to strengthen the startup ecosystem by combining entrepreneurship support with innovative logistics solutions. As part of the summit agenda, Mohamed Ezzat, Co-Founder and CEO of Bosta, participated in a panel discussion titled “M&A or IPO?”, which examined startup exit strategies amid economic shifts and evolving market dynamics. The panel featured prominent voices from the investment and entrepreneurship ecosystem, including Mohamed Okasha (DisrupTech Ventures), Mohamed Aboulnaga (Exits), Hossam Ali (Yozo), and Essam Hawash (Mada Capital)
Discussions focused on identifying the most suitable exit paths for startups, the role of timing, and the importance of readiness in governance, business models, and sustainable growth
