Turkish Airlines Launches Direct Flights to Seville as Its Sixth Destination in Spain

Turkish Airlines has announced the addition of Seville, one of Spain’s most prominent tourist destinations and the capital of Andalusia, to its Southern Europe network. Seville becomes the airline’s sixth destination in Spain after Madrid, Barcelona, Valencia, Malaga, and Bilbao.
Starting September 17, 2025, the airline will operate daily flights between Istanbul and Seville, enhancing opportunities for both tourism and business while offering passengers more travel options across continents.
Commenting on the launch, Prof. Ahmet Bolat, Chairman of the Board and Executive Committee at Turkish Airlines, said:
> “We are delighted to launch our flights to Seville, one of Spain’s oldest and most remarkable cities with its rich heritage and historical landmarks. This new route will create opportunities for tourism and trade, while we continue to connect cultures and continents through our hub in Istanbul.
Seville is known for its history that stretches back to ancient civilizations, including the Umayyad era, its breathtaking architecture, and its famous Andalusian cuisine.
Flight Schedule (all local times):
TK 1297 / TK 1298: Monday, Wednesday, Saturday (Istanbul – Seville – Istanbul).
TK 1299 / TK 1300: Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Sunday (Istanbul – Seville – Istanbul).
Turkish Airlines also announced special promotional fares starting from USD 180 for flights from Istanbul to Seville, and from EUR 148 for flights from Seville to Istanbul, for tickets purchased by September 30, 2025, valid for travel until March 15, 2026.
