HP Unveils AI-Powered Devices and HP IQ for Smarter Work and Gaming

At HP Imagine 2026, HP Inc. (NYSE: HPQ) introduced HP IQ, a new AI-powered platform designed to create smarter, more connected experiences across HP laptops, devices, and meeting spaces, simplifying how people work in an increasingly AI-driven world.
The company also expanded its OMEN and HyperX gaming portfolio, launching new desktops and intelligent AI software features to enhance performance, elevate gameplay, and personalize user experiences.

On-Device Intelligence and Collaboration
HP IQ brings local, on-device AI intelligence and proximity-based connectivity together with enterprise manageability, unlocking new levels of collaboration and productivity across HP AI PCs and workplace devices.
The platform integrates with the HP Workforce Experience Platform (WXP) and other enterprise management tools like Microsoft Intune. Complementing this, HP NearSense enables seamless collaboration between nearby devices, making file sharing, task switching, and meeting participation effortless.
Next-Generation Devices and Security
HP unveiled the EliteBook 6 G2q Next Gen AI PC, combining high-performance AI computing, long battery life, premium design, and advanced security features including HP Wolf Pro Security and physical intrusion detection. HP also expanded its commercial lineup to meet diverse workflows and IT requirements.
Security Innovations
HP introduced hardware-enforced and quantum-resistant security solutions across its device portfolio, ensuring protection against current and emerging threats. The new LaserJet Pro and Enterprise series combine fast, AI-powered printing with quantum-resistant security for efficient digital and paper workflows.
High-Performance AI Workstations
To support power users, HP launched the latest HP Z Workstations and mobile workstations, including the ZBook X G2i, ZBook 8 G2i, and ZBook 8G2a, delivering next-generation AI performance, scalable memory, and enhanced portability for hybrid work environments.
Enhanced Digital Experience Management
HP continues to expand its ecosystem with AI-driven insights, automation, and advanced reporting through the HP Workforce Experience Platform, connecting HP DesignJet printers and Z Workstations to enable real-time alignment between office and on-site project execution.

HP enhanced the OMEN and HyperX gaming portfolios, including the OMEN 45L and 35L desktops, offering AI-powered software for optimized performance, immersive gameplay, and personalized experiences for gamers.
